Terms and Conditions of Sale of Amazon Medical Limited
It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully, they govern our relationship with you. These Terms and Conditions will override any other rights you may have unless this is not permitted by law.

All dealings with Amazon Medical Limited are subject to English Law.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT will be charged in accordance with the current legislation.
DELIVERY
As detailed in the contract specification
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We will supply goods that will remain free from defects or damage in materials or caused by workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. We will not be liable after that period for defects or damage in goods unless you can prove the damage or defect existed at the time of delivery.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, fraud or any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude our liability.
We are only liable to you for foreseeable losses which you suffer as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by us. Our liability to you shall not in any circumstances include any business losses that you may incur, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits or business interruption.
